Blessed by the Creator.

Some battles one can't win. At least, not all at once. One has to peck away. Gradually. Bit by bit. Maybe one wins little skirmishes. One finds an ally. Here and there. One goes underground, if necessary. One survives. And really, one finds ways to thrive. Because one has friends. Maybe even a lover. Life is not meant to be lived in total isolation. A single human contact makes a difference. A big difference. Honesty. Intimacy. That's the way life was meant to be lived. From the beginning. Maybe we've lost our way since Eden. But the path is still there. We are able to find our way. We are still blessed by the Creator. --Jim Broede

Life really is good, isn't it? --Jim

Question: I notice that in every reference to names of God, you refer with the proper capitalism-i.e. Creator. When you use God's given name, you use only lower case. It seems you have had the practice of proper grammar, yet this seems to be a definite statement, whether you intend it to, or not. Is there a reason? Just curious.

I think god prefers a lower case g. God has a whimsical side, you know. More people take notice when god is spelled with a lower case g. It even stirs controversy. Makes some people in the god fan club a bit annoyed. Even angry. God finds that personally amusing. I'm thinking about spelling my name with a lower case j. --jim

By the way, I like to violate rules of grammar. For that matter, all kinds of rules. I tend to be unruly. --jim
