No need to hurry into a frenzy.

I see too many people work thenmselves into a frenzy. Maybe it's an affliction of the modern age. They magnify little things. Maybe they misplace a key. And they go into a frenzy looking for it. A car key, for instance. And they have somewhere to go. Maybe to a job. Or shopping. Or an appointment. I'll bet that their blood pressure goes sky high. All for want of a misplaced key. Personally, I don't think it's worth ever working one's self into a frenzy. I do occasionally. Rarely, really. Because I don't like the frenzy feeling. So I avoid it. That's the point I wish to make. Our frenzies are avoidable. Sure it may take time to find the key. And I may be late. For whatever. Too bad. That's all it is. Too bad. Life goes on. Turns out it didn't matter if I was late. Usually, if I show up on time for an appointement, I'm made to wait. By someone running late. Someone who couldn't find his key. So I really didn't have to hurry and work myself into a frenzy. --Jim Broede
