I get a sleep bonus. Sweet dreams.

I know people that don’t get adequate rest. They keep pushing, pushing, pushing. Pushing themselves to extremes. To do more. To even stay up late at night. Catching only a few hours of sleep. Then they complain. ‘Oh, I’m so tired. I always feel tired.’ Little wonder. Doesn’t surprise me. But they don’t get it. They are so tired that they don’t understand why. It’s their lifestyle. And their brains have been dulled. From lack of sleep. Personally, I love to sleep. About 8 hours. Nightly. Makes me feel good for the other 16 hours. And often I get a sleep bonus.
