Hey kids, divorce your parents.

I encourage some children to divorce their parents. To cut ties. To get away. Because both parents are dysfunctional. They would drive virtually any kid crazy. I know of such situations. Maybe that’s why I’m in favor of children becoming independent. As soon as possible. To not allow their malfunctioning  parents to drag ‘em down. There are all kinds of abuse. And nothing more disheartening to see than two parents waging holy war. Against each other.  Creates a hostile atmosphere. For the innocent bystanders. The children. I favor peace and harmony. Especially in family situations. And if that’s impossible – well, seek happiness and a new life in independent ways. Get out. Go on to the university. Live with another relative. Or friend. Or just live alone. Become fully independent and self-sustaining.   –Jim Broede
