I don't mind fooling myself.

I write about everything. And anything. No subject is taboo. No triviality too little. Whatever flits through my mind. Gives a psychoanalyst something to think about. And that’s what I am. An amateur. Which is good. Because I don’t charge. I work for free. I practice avidly. On myself. Which gives me insights. About others. I want to know everything. Especially the naked truth. About what makes us tick. Used to be that I didn’t have enough words. To make sense of it all. Maybe still don’t. But that’s all right. I don’t mind fooling myself. –Jim Broede
