Let's make the GOP more truthful.

No doubt about it. The Republicans’ push for voter picture IDs is a way to make it more difficult for poor people and minorities to vote. That helps Republicans. Because these are the people who mostly don’t vote Republican. Instead, the Republicans are mostly affluent/rich white people. They tend to vote Republican. And they come with picture IDs. Republicans want to discourage non-Republicans from voting. In a way, can’t blame ‘em. Might be the only way for Republicans to win an election. Especially on a national scale. Of course, it’s wrong. Immoral. Ain’t the way a true democracy should operate. But then, Republicans really are against democracy. Preferring  rule by the white elite. Also known as WASPs. White Anglo-Saxon Protestants.  Really, we need more truth in labeling. Political parties named after the people they represent. Let’s be truthful and call Republicans  the White Party. –Jim Broede
