Questions. The essence of life.

In the human, does absolute/true love have to be both physical and spiritual? Or can it be one without the other? And is spiritual love the highest form of love? How do spirits make love? How does one enter the spiritual dimension?  Must one be totally free of physical existence in order to be fully in the spiritual realm? One question always leads to another question.
