Doing proper maintenance.

Some times I am selfish. By doing what is best for me. Rather than for others. I do it. Without qualms of conscience. Because I am a care-giver. And to be good at it. I have to take care of myself. If I can't do that. How am I going to be in a position to truly care for others? Another thing. There's no better time. To care for one's self. Than when one is alone. The perfect environment.
