Without a yesterday or a tomorrow.

Of course, there are ways to cope with angst/dread. By learning to live life one day at a time. Which is easier said than done.  People consumed by angst/dread tend to get too far ahead of themselves. Even a single tomorrow is in the danger zone. To be happy. To be at ease. To be in love with life. It's best to be consumed by the moment. To be immersed in now. Without a yesterday or a tomorrow. --Jim Broede
