The art of listening.

I’m criticized. Occasionally. For the way I live my life. That’s all right. I don’t mind criticism. Even when I feel it ain’t justified. Because when friends feel I’m doing something wrong. I want to know it. Yes, I want them to be honest with me. To not be afraid to criticize. Or to offer me advice. Of course, I may not accept the advice. But the important thing is to listen.  I owe that to everyone. --Jim Broede
