A different kind of life.

It’s important. To remind myself. That I’m alive. And not merely going through motions. One must find a concerted focus. And then dwell there. Long enough. To construct a chain of inspirational thoughts. With a significance.  To be determined. That’s what I’m doing now. Moments after I awakened. In the middle of the night.   No sense in going back to sleep. I have better things to do.  Such as starting my day. By sitting down at the computer. And recording whatever comes to mind.  Makes me wonder. What the cave man did. At the break of day. Long before the age of technology.  It must have been. Quite a different kind of life. --Jim Broede
