They're all my own teeth.

My Italian true love doesn’t use the Italian national dental system. Instead, she prefers going into the private sector. Where she can pick her own dentist.  And pays. Out of her own pocket. Totally. It’d be significantly cheaper to use the national system. But more inconvenient. Having to sometimes wait long times for appointments.  And she thinks the quality of the dental work isn’t as good. Depends. One might get a good dentist. Or a bad  one. She doesn’t want to take the risk. I suggest that she use both systems. Maybe the national system for the lesser, more routine stuff. Such as filling a cavity.  And pray that she gets a dentist that knows what he/she is doing. Thing is, my true love has the habit of putting off dental visits. She should make, at the very least, annual visits to a dentist. And she doesn’t. That’s risky, and very dangerous. I go to the dentist maybe twice a year. For routine maintenance. I have my fair share of crowns and root canals. But they’re all my own teeth. –Jim Broede
