We must wait for a happy ending.
I like it when I see the life of someone around me take a turn for the better. Especially if it's a loved one. That's happening now. Makes for a good feeling. Inside me, too. I have full faith and confidence that life gets better. For virtually everyone. If only they wait. Patiently. Strange as it may seem, even death can be a blessing. One's own death. If one is in misery. Anyway, a so-called bad experience can be good. If it ends well. Too often, we don't wait for an ending. We want the happy element to emerge immediately. But happiness often is the result of contrast. A comparison with unhappiness. Night is better when compared to day. And day is better when compared to night. --Jim Broede
