We all deserve better than hell.

It's the American middle class that doesn't know what it wants. Politically. Economically. Socially. That accounts for the shift every two years. Between Republicans and Democrats. And with Tea Party comic book characters mixed in. Many of 'em so outrageous that they can't even win agaisnt despised incumbents. The problem with the middle class is that much of it consists of relatively uneduacted and duped people who don't take time to think. To carefully analyze issues. Because they are busy making livings. Barely surviving. So they listen to outlandish sound bites and idiot pundits such as Glenn Beck and Rush Limbaugh. And they tune in Fox News. The creation of rich Australian madman Rupert Murdoch. And lo and behold, what do we get? Maybe the likes of Sarah Palin or Michele Bachmann in positions of power. Lord knows. Maybe Palin will make a serious run for president in 2012. If America comes to this, I may spend more than my winters in Italy and Europe. I may have to abandon America. Because I don't want to live in hell. I deserve better. We all deserve better. --Jim Broede
