It'll take me forever to get it right.

A friend tells me I’m lucky to be living in the modern age. Because if I had lived in the Middle Ages, I might have been burned at the stake. For heresy and blasphemy. For my radical spiritual views. For my unorthodox definitions of god. For being a free-thinker, a liberal and a romantic idealist. Anyway, I surmised that I may have lived in the Middle Ages. And that I did get burned alive. And that I have been put to the test multiple times. Maybe for thousands of years. In scores of lives. If so, I must believe in reincarnation. Which ain’t a bad concept.
