I consider it a compliment.

I’ve been accused. Of being a drama queen. Actually, I deny it. I’m really a drama king. In that I imagine all sorts of dramatic situations. When they really may not be so dramatic. In reality, that is. Might say that I overreact. But I really don’t.  Instead, I think of many scenarios. Behind the scenes stuff. I ask, what’s going on? And believe me, I have a fertile imagination. Consider that an attribute. I could write a short story. Or even a novel. About people I know. An interesting mix of fact and fantasy. I’d embellish. To make it all seem more dramatic. But in reality, I often find fact far stranger than fiction. Preposterous stuff. You wouldn’t believe. Drama queen/king can be defined in many manners. Negative. Positive. Of course, I prefer the positive. When applied to me. As for the accusation. I’m gonna consider it a compliment. –Jim Broede
