An inner warmth on a chilly night.

The Cubs came from behind in the late innings last night and beat the Milwaukee Brewers, 6-3. Very satisfying.   For a while, looked like the Cubs were headed for their 5th straight loss. But they rallied for two runs in the 7th inning to tie the score at 3-3. And then added three runs in the 8th inning. To win the game. I am feeling euphoria. Because  I allow myself to.  I deserve it. Euphoria is a form of pleasure. Easily attained.  Most days. Especially when one is in love with life. It was a very chilly night in Chicago. But I felt an inner warmth.  --Jim Broede
