My spasmodic life.
I biked 30 miles on Sunday. And overnight had
muscle spasms in my thighs. A friend cautioned me to not bike on Monday. To
give my legs a rest. But I knew better. From experience. So I biked 30 miles once again. Last night,
no spasms. My legs feel good. Because they are getting adequate exercise. Today, I may try for 50 miles. And if I have some leg spasms, I won’t fret.
Instead, I’ll bike another 50 miles. Unless it snows. Which is a
possibility. If that happens, I’ll get
my exercise by shoveling the driveway. Risking back spasms. –Jim Broede
