Helps me blend in.

Don’t know if it’s a good idea or not. But I did it anyway. Had a business card printed. Identifying me. As a romantic idealist, a spiritual free-thinker, a political liberal, a lover, a dreamer.  Also with my email and blog addresses. I’m in a promotional mood. Not too shy to tout my blog, my ideas, myself.  Why not? I meet strangers every day. Yes, opportunities for us to get to know each other. Even in chance meetings lasting a few minutes. I’m curious about them. And in some instances I’d like to make them curious about me.  Even if I’m taken for an idiot or a fool. Doesn’t bother me. Helps me blend in. In a significant and often memorable and funny way. –Jim Broede
