An extinct breed.

I’m siding with the Internal Revenue Service. And against the agency’s Republican critics. The IRS has been underfunded. By a Congress that doesn’t like the IRS. Because it’s responsible for collecting taxes. In a fair way. And conservative Republicans don’t like fairness. They prefer opportunities to evade taxes. Especially for rich people. And for pro-conservative political organizations. Of course, I think that’s wrong. Which makes me anti-Republican. I’m in favor of everyone paying their fair share of taxes. And I suspect the IRS is trying to be more fair than Republicans. It’s that simple. I don’t trust Republicans. Especially the conservative ones. Come to think of it, I don’t know a moderate Republican. Makes me wonder if that’s an extinct breed. –Jim Broede
