You are not alone.

Life is 90 percent good stuff. Maybe 10 percent bad. Important to keep that in mind. Things get better. Sooner or later. Best to stay focused on the blessings. They’re there. Always will be. Focus on the things that brought great happiness. I tell that to Alzheimer care-givers. It takes a while to learn the art/craft of care-giving. For one thing, one has to get adequate respite. Otherwise, one will be no good. Stay healthy. That takes more than prayer. Respite. Respite. Respite. Better to be a part-time care-giver than 24/7. But feel your way. I spent 13 years learning to exude good vibes. For my dear wife Jeanne. Wish I knew as much at the beginning that I knew at the end. Anyway, I came through. So will you. You’ll end up surprising yourself. Don’t hesitate asking for help. From me. From anyone. It takes a team effort. You are not alone. –Jim Broede
