Going with the natural (sleep) flow.
I highly recommend getting up in the middle of
the night. After a few hours of sleep. For the sole purpose of thinking. That’s
when my mind is most clear. It’s least clear just before I go to bed.
Especially after a busy day. Used to be that I wanted to sleep through the
night. Uninterrupted. Because I had to go to work in the morning. But since
retiring, I’m more flexible. With my sleep patterns. I can get up at 3 in the
morning. And go back to bed at 6. And sleep until I’m well-rested. Don’t have
to hurry. Instead, I go with the natural flow. –Jim Broede
