Self-induced stress. I suspect that’s the most common form
of stress. At least, it is with me. I have the option. To avoid stress. And to
write it off. But I don’t always do that. I allow myself to be stressed. Often
over trivial, nonsensical matters. Maybe because I have nothing better to
do. So I let stuff bother me. I suspect
that most of us are in the same proverbial boat. Victims of unnecessary stress. Makes me
wonder. If some of us are addicted to stress. We need our stressful fix. Daily.
But I’ve learned to space it out. Once a week is enough to satisfy me. --Jim Broede
