The road to collective bad.

Collectively. I like the word. Doing things. Collectively. To benefit everyone. Problem is. We often bind together. To benefit the few. At the expense of the many. Indeed, that’s the nature of politics. To narrow the scope. Of what we do.  In the process, we lose track of the common good. Instead, doing what’s good for particular individuals. Mainly one’s self. By arguing. For individual freedom. The right to do as one pleases. Too often. Without regard for the collective good. Thereby, ending up with the collective bad. --Jim Broede
