An albatross around my neck.

I have no problem. With opening the door.  For immigrants. For refugees. For anyone looking for a better life. Of course, that puts me at odds. With our president. And with Republicans. Basically, I trust people. If they aren’t Donald Trump or Republicans. I’d rather take my chances with Mexicans and people from Central America. In fact, from the rest of the world, period. My amore is an Italian. And I not only trust her. I love her, too. Meanwhile, I have no doubt. The world would be a better place. Without Trump and Republicans. Unfortunately, I have no say in that matter. It’s as if I have an albatross hanging around my neck. –Jim Broede
