The complexities of life.

One thing I particularly like.  About prose and poetry. Much of it. Can be taken (interpreted) in many, many ways. The reader can find meanings never intended by the author. Which is okay. Especially if it’s a positive benefit. Of course, the reader also has the option to totally misinterpret the piece. In negative or even ghastly ways. Yes, unfairly. Often, it’s the same way that we judge each other. Maybe by our skin color or nationality. Or by a single word. With multiple meanings. Little wonder. That it can be difficult. Determining one’s intent. Words ain’t always simple. Ah, the wonderful complexities of life. --Jim Broede
