My opinion.

I hereby declare. That I have a right. To express my opinion. At any time and any place. Doesn’t mean that I will. Because I believe in a certain amount of discretion and decorum and courtesy and rule-abiding. But when absolutely necessary, I reserve the right to speak my piece.  Of course, I encourage others to take a similar stance. It would make for a better and more understanding world.
