The American political system is sick. Very sick. And there's at least one conservative-leaning columnist that recognizes it. David Brooks of the New York Times. I like Brooks. Because he's an intelligent man. Yes, even some conservatives have a functioning brain. I'm not sure if Brooks would call himself a Republican. If so, he'd be a moderate one. With an open mind. In fact, Brooks speaks favorably of Barack Obama. And he thinks Obama has the potential to bring about significant change in Washington.
