The most needy don't get help.

We always seem to have money for warfare and to bolster the interests of the monied classes. That was an interesting observation made by columnist Bob Herbert in Tuesday's New York Times. And Herbert also pointed out that we always seem to come up short on money to really help the Americans in most need of help. Such as the 15 million unemployed.
