When heaven freezes over.

I’m a true blue Minnesotan. In that I’ve learned to accept  winter. At virtually any time of year. Yes, it’s May.  And I know beyond a doubt that it’s still winter. Because there’s ice on my lake. And there’s a forecast of snow later this week. Oh, Mother Nature will give us an occasional  balmy day or two.  Just to keep us guessing. But every Minnesotan knows, we’ll be reminded. Often. That our heaven/paradise may freeze over. Even in the middle of so-called summer. –Jim Broede
