What about the rest of you?

I love talking to other people. But especially to strangers. I also like talking to myself. Little wonder. I’m never lonely. Anyway, I was brought up. On cautionary advice to never talk to strangers. But I’ve never been good at following advice. Often, I do just the opposite. As for talking. I have a reputation for never shutting up. But that ain’t true. I’m a pretty good listener, too. I like to cultivate dialogues.  So much better than monologues. What about the rest of you? Do you have a preference? --Jim Broede
